Lori's practice focuses on commercial transactions and general
corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on lending and finance transactions, distribution, vendor and servicing agreements, and common corporate governance issues.

Previously, Lori was a corporate counsel for ATT Capital Corporation where her practice concentrated on the leasing and financing of large telecommunications and point-of-sale hardware and software to private and public entities throughout the United States. Lori began her law career as an associate at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland and Perretti, one of New Jersey’s largest law firms. Lori's practice there centered primarily on public finance and commercial transactions.

Lori became Of Counsel to the Firm following the completion of a career sabbatical that she undertook to raise her family. During that period she deepened her understanding of local municipal issues by serving as a member of both the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment of her town.
