/script> Rob Mark Law: Rob Mark

Rob Mark assists technology intensive companies with their corporate and commercial transactions, and their everyday operations. For example, his recent transactional projects have resulted in the placement of search technology functionality on third party websites and applications, the sale of internet advertising, the licensing of software applications to non-domestic telephone carriers and device manufacturers, and the provision of a service that distributes video content to any and all viewing devices. In his capacity as "general counsel by the hour", Rob also helps small companies manage the human resource, compliance, operational and corporate governance issues that arise day-to-day.

Prior to forming the firm in 2003, Rob was Vice President and General Counsel of TyCom Ltd., a developer and operator of sub-sea telecommunications networks. He assumed that position after counseling product development, sales and business development personnel at Lucent Technologies and its predecessor, AT&T Network Systems, for more than ten years. Earlier in his career Rob litigated antitrust and trade regulation lawsuits as an associate at the Sonnenschein law firm in Chicago and represented AT&T before its state and federal regulators.
